We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scott and team were knowledgable, came up with excellent and practical solutions to problems, and made great suggestions to fit what we were looking for both from an aesthetic and budgetary perspective. The work was done efficiently, skillfully, and there were no billing surprises. We would highly recommend the Vinyl Window Company to anyone looking to replace their windows, and we were very happy to support a local company.

I’m posting this on my Mom’s behalf with regards to her recent experience with The Vinyl Window Company. She had her windows replaced last week and found the whole experience excellent from the beginning to the end. From the first time she was visited by Scott from The Vinyl Window Company getting a quote to the windows being installed, then the installation by 3 of their staff and including vacuuming of her home once all was completed. In addition when my Mom spoke with Scharie in the office, she was professional and courteous. All in all an excellent experience from beginning to end. She would highly the Vinyl Window Company.

Very Respectful, Professional, and Straightforward. Didn’t have to say anything while they were doing the job or after they’re done. Everything was great.

Scott and his crew were so professional and I'm very picky and I couldn't find anything to complain about which is a good thing. The windows are very beautiful. + All of the house was done in one day which is amazing.

Amazing Company! They have done my windows and many condos and townhomes in our strata and everyone has been so happy with their new windows:) We will definitely be using them moving forward with the rest. They also did my parent’s house 8 years ago and they still look new! Thank you Scott, Scharie, and the rest of the crew!

We've worked with The Vinyl Window Company twice and we've been very happy with the results both times. After reviewing a few other quotes, TVWC was the most competitive and offered a superior product as well. The installation process was relatively quick but the real value was the craftmanship and attention to detail Scott and Bill put into our installation. Even though there were some challenges inherent in a 70's house, they took the extra time to make sure our windows and sliding door were installed properly and looked great as well. If you're looking for new windows or repairs, these guys are definitely worth contacting.

Scott and his crew did a great job replacing our old 1970's aluminum windows with beautiful new white vinyl ones. Very professional and their prices were the best of all the local window companies we contacted. I highly recommend this business.

This is the third time we have used them for window replacement and repair. Always a pleasure to deal with Scott and their office assistant is very helpful. The quality of their products is second to none.
